Sizes: Child (Adult Small, Adult Large)
To fit head circumferences: 15-18 (18-22, 22-25)”/ 38-46 (46-56, 56-63.5) cm
Yarn: Ewe Ewe Yarns, Heather’s Heathers, 95 yards per 50g skein, 100% merino wool superwash yarn, #4 worsted weight
Color A - 1 skein (05 Cotton Candy)
Color B - 1 skein (90 Vanilla)
Needles: US 8 (5 mm) 16” / 40.5 cm circular knitting needles
US 8 (5 mm) double-pointed knitting needles
Supplies: 1 stitch marker, tapestry needle, row counter (optional)
Gauge: 25 sts to 4" / 10 cm in twisted rib stitch without stretching and after light blocking.
Notes: The fabric that is created is very stretchy and the finished hat will be able to accommodate a wide range of head sizes.

Color A - 1 skein (30 Saffron)
Color B - 1 skein (70 Aquamarine)
Needles: US 7 (4.5 mm) double-pointed knitting needles
Supplies: 3 stitch markers, tapestry needle, row counter (optional)
Gauge: 20 sts to 4" / 10 cm in stockinette stitch and after light blocking.

I have been looking at the mitten and hat pattern for some time, but have so many patterns and bags of yarn I was reluctant to buy another. You know what I’m talking about. But when I saw the colors of the twisted rib mittens my resolve weakened and I gave in and bought the yarn. It arrived quicker than I thought and I loved the colors together. It was a good decision and a great buy!

This pattern is well written and one I think I'll make quite often as it's an easy pattern and one that either anyone can wear. Since I knit for charities as well as the homeless this pattern will be great. Will be starting one as soon as I finish the beanie on the needles.
