Check in with our Pop Top Sweaters!

Hi, hello!

Heather here ๐Ÿ™‹โ€โ™€๏ธ I'm back with a different kind of update today, WIP Wednesday!ย

Knitting is all about the process so I thought it might be fun to talk about where I am with my sweater knitting projects, PLUS! Two more knitters have sent in their work-in-progress photos to show off.

Catch up with today's video!

If you'd like to watch the video you can view it on YouTube!

Here's the highlight reel โ€“

Knitting on my two Pop Top sweaters has been a ton of fun but also a lot more work than I anticipated for myself. Oops!ย

I set some tight deadlines to finish these sweaters during the knit-along and it's overwhelmed me a bit with all the other tasks I do to keep Ewe Ewe Yarns moving.

I'm really loving how they're knitting up, though!

Pop Top Pullover and Pop Top Cardigan knitting work in progress

My Pop Top Pullover is in the new Lavender color of Baa Baa Bulky yarn and my Pop Top Cardigan is knit in the rich Teal shade.

Watch the video to see two more WIP Wednesday projects from fellow Ewe Ewe Community knitters!ย

To wrap things up โ€“

At the end of the video, I popped back in to talk about the sweater I'm wearing today.

Fluffy Stripe Sweater is one of my favorite sweaters to wear because it's so light and lofty.ย

It features Fluffy Fingering yarn knit loosely on a 6 needle so the fabric flows nicely making it perfect for Autumn or Spring and even for layering when it's colder!ย

It has a unique construction technique that I think could be fun for another KAL. What do you think?!

------------------------------------------------------------

Special thanks to knitters Deborah and Katie for sharing their projects with me and giving me permission to use their photos!

I appreciate that you stopped by today and took a little time to be part of the Ewe Ewe Community. I hope you've found a little does of knitting inspiration or at least a break from your daily routine.

Happy knitting,
๐Ÿ’— Heather
