When a strong color is paired with two similar colors and all three are given a comparable amount of area the result is a vibrating array of stripes.
If you knit the stronger color with more area the results are strikingly different.

I’ve already made the hat and it took me about two days. The yarn was wonderful. The stitch definition was great. It’s a great looking hat and the pom-poms just makes it. Can’t wait to give it to my granddaughter.
