Finished Measurements:
Circumference: 21.25” / 54 cm

Yarn: Ewe Ewe Yarns, Baa Baa Bulky, 132 yards, 100g, 100% merino wool superwash, bulky #5, two strands held together
• 1 skein (75 Sky Blue)
Needles:
US 15 / 10 mm, 16” / 40 cm long circular needle
Extra gauge-size (or similar) needle for 3-needle bind off
Supplies: Stitch marker, tapestry needle
Gauge: 8 sts and 10 rows = 4” / 10 cm in 2 x 2 ribbing worked in the round, taken after blocking
Notes: This hat is worked with Baa Baa Bulky yarn held double. To achieve a double strand simple pull one end from the inside and one end from the outside of the ball.
This pattern is designed to be a 1-skein project and uses the entirety of one skein, not including any swatching. If you’re worried about running out of yarn, or don’t wish to reuse your swatch yarn, please purchase an extra skein.

I bought this yarn in lemon chiffon and pink to make some headbands headband from Ewe Ewe Yarns pattern collection. I really love this yarn! The headbands knitted up fast and my daughters and granddaughter loves them.
I knit lots of hats and donate almost all of them and this is just easy to use with any kind of yarn!! I like having starting measurements and how tall to make them for different ages.
Easy to follow pattern and with thick ply wool, knit it in 2 days. Used mattress stitch to sew together, although not specified.
